Jeremy Colls of the Ramblers Holidays Charitable Trust had the honour recently of launching the new 26 mile ‘Notts Wolds Way’ in Nottinghamshire.

Jeremy said, “The not-for-profit, specialist guided walking operator, Ramblers Worldwide Holiday champions and contributes monies to The Ramblers Holidays Charitable Trust which has enabled this excellent enhancement to the footpath network in Nottinghamshire.”

The new footpath begins in Bunny and encompasses many a fascinating site en route including Wysall, Widmerepool, Keyworth,Thorpe in the Glebe and the site of the bloody battle of Willoughby Fields in 1648.

Adding to the pleasure of striding out along this fabulous new footpath are several pubs to quench ones thirst including the Stilton village of Cropwell Bishop.
